THE DMI MISSION
The mission of DMI is to train you to save lives in the combat environment, no one matches our ability to do this. We are the single largest trainer of US military forces in operational medicine throughout world, and our record for excellence stands unchallenged.
We customize and execute solutions for our clients to help keep them at the level of readiness required to meet today’s military, law enforcement, peacekeeping, and stability operations challenges. We continually prove to be faster, better, more cost-effective, and increasingly efficient over conventionally managed forces. Our customers include local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, most other federal agencies, multi-national corporations, non-governmental organizations, and friendly nations from around the world.

DMI has been training physicians, combat medics, special operations soldiers, conventional war-fighters, and personal protection details including White House, and law enforcement in operational medicine for over 15 years. DMI is unique because it is focused exclusively on operational medicine, providing state of the art, innovative science, and protocols in support of operators and advanced medical staff in the world’s most hostile environments.

DMI is approved to conduct basic and advanced
medical training by the following agencies:
•The US Department of Defense Veterinary Services Activity (DODVSA)
•The United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM)
•The United States Department of Agriculture under a research certification
•The US Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED)
•The Medical Officer of the USMC
•The United States Special Operations Command (SSOCOM) certified and authorized to conduct basic and advanced medical training
•Accredited by the Association for the Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care (AAALAC International)
